In order to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels in a particular organisation, good communication is an essential tool that helps employees and employers alike to build trust, improve morale and increase productivity. In Project Management, communication is one of the most important skills to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
Sometimes, young managers face difficulties in building communication and interpersonal skills to establish success in the projects they lead. Through this talk, we aim to educate aspiring project managers on the importance of communication skills in Project Management.
